JavaSense provides educational tools and content inspired by Javanese culture, including:
Weton Calculator,
Weton Compatibility,
Javanese Calendar,
Javanese Script, and the full toolkit at Tools.

All outputs are educational and reflective. They should be considered alongside real-world context, judgment,
and common sense—not as the only basis for decisions.

3) Accounts (If Any)

JavaSense may be used without an account. If accounts are introduced in the future,
you are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and activity on your account under these terms and condition.

4) Intellectual Property

All JavaSense text, design, illustrations, and materials are protected intellectual work.
You may quote small excerpts for educational purposes with proper credit and a link to the original page.

• No full republishing as your own.
• No unauthorized data scraping that burdens the service.
• No reselling JavaSense content without written permission.

5) User Conduct

You agree not to post or perform actions involving hate, harassment, pornography, threats, fraud, spam, malware,
or attempts to damage the service (brute force, injection, exploits, aggressive scraping).

6) Disclaimer of Liability

JavaSense is provided “as is” for educational and reflective use. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Your decisions and their consequences remain your responsibility, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

JavaSense is not responsible for losses, damages, or consequences resulting from reliance on content or tool outputs.

7) Third-Party Links & Ads

JavaSense may link to third-party resources or display ads. Third-party content and policies are outside JavaSense control.

8) Android App Ads (AdMob)

The Android app may display ads via Google AdMob. In certain regions, users may see a consent form (UMP)

9) Purchases & Subscriptions (Google Play)

Premium features (if available) may be offered through Google Play. Pricing, renewal, trial terms, and cancellation
follow Google Play Billing rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account.

JavaSense does not process payments outside Google Play for purchases made via Google Play.

10) Permissions & Compatibility

JavaSense is designed to avoid unnecessary sensitive permissions. If any permission becomes required in the future,
we will explain its purpose and request consent. Device compatibility may vary by Android version and hardware.

11) Suspension & Termination

JavaSense may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms and condition,
attempt to harm the service, or engage in unlawful misuse. You may stop using JavaSense at any time.
For subscriptions, cancel via Google Play.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes should be addressed through good-faith discussion first.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled under applicable legal mechanisms.

13) Copyright Notice & Takedown

If you believe content on JavaSense infringes your copyright, please email a complete notice (content link, proof of ownership,
your identity/contact). We will review and respond proportionally.
